Some people wonder why the counselling I offer incorporates looking at their experiences and situations in the past, as well as thinking about what’s happening right now

For me, this quote sums it up perfectly I think x

Is counselling right for me?

Posted by on August 9, 2026

I know the path is steep right now,

And heavy clouds hang on your brow.

But take a breath, and look at me —

I will sit here by your side,

Through every rough and turning tide.

You survived the storm that brought you here;

Together we will see it through,

And find the path that’s right for you.

You are unbroken, wise, and true —

Step forward now, and trust in you.

* It Reshapes Your Challenges:

When we face life alone, a setback can feel like a mountain. When - Read More

Each person is so unique in the way they communicate and make contact. It can come through the power of the spoken word, music, writing, poetry, sport, movement, hobbies and interests, travel and so much more. We don’t just talk in our work together, we connect so that we can make sense of the challenges together and explore new perspectives, new thoughts, curiosity and - Read More
