Is counselling right for me?
Posted by siteadmin on August 9, 2026
I know the path is steep right now,
And heavy clouds hang on your brow.
But take a breath, and look at me —
You have more strength than you can see.
I will sit here by your side,
Through every rough and turning tide.
You survived the storm that brought you here;
You have the truth to face the fear.
Together we will see it through,
And find the path that’s right for you.
You are unbroken, wise, and true —
Step forward now, and trust in you.

Our brains can feel like complex filing systems, and sometimes just trying to pick the right “file” to open can feel like a massive challenge.
