“Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter.” – Martin Luther King Jr.What matters to you today? It’s a good question isn’t it…what feels important to you? From knowing this your values can evolve and create your bedrock to stand on particularly in the hardest or most challenging times in your life. A grounding space. A comforting space. Your space.

Why do we keep doing the same thing?

Posted by on June 4, 2025

The desire to re-visit and put right, alter or make amends often results in us making the same decisions resulting in the same outcomes. They all bring a huge array of emotions, many of them conflicting which can be confusing and they all define the start of something different from that moment onwards.

Reflecting on how we experience endings can help us negotiate the harder ones that - Read More

Why do you suppose that may be the case?

Every day I go for a walk. Some days it’s harder than others especially if the weather is less appealing. But, without fail, I will come across at least one thing on my walk that makes me smile…and today it was these two.

So when i get up in the morning and it’s raining and I think - Read More
